The Aurora Loft is the top room at this premium fat camp in China: an 80 m² loft suite for one person, with nothing shared. It costs $2,532 for 28 days, about $90 a day with coaching and meals included. The Glimmer and Sunlit rooms are private bedrooms in shared apartments, for $1,542 and $1,887.

Rooms have air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a fridge, a washing machine, a balcony and housekeeping.

Three meals a day are cooked on site with calorie control in mind and brought to your room. After lunch there is a two-hour rest: swim, read in the open-air lounge or sleep. Evenings end with lights out at 22:00.

The training is not softer for being comfortable: a weigh-in at 08:00, three coached sessions a day from Monday to Saturday, and a one-to-one plan built from your body measurements.

What a premium fat camp is not

It is not a luxury spa, and it is not a medical clinic. There is no confirmed spa, and on-site medical staff have not been confirmed. If you want treatments, a doctor-led weight-loss programme or a five-star hotel, look at wellness resorts and clinics instead. If you want a month of real training with your own room and good food, this premium fat camp fits.

Is it a luxury spa or a wellness clinic?

No. It is a training camp with comfortable rooms. There is no confirmed spa, and it is not a medical service: on-site medical staff have not been confirmed. If you want spa treatments or medical weight-loss care, a wellness resort or clinic will suit you better.

Are classes small?

You get a one-to-one training plan. The number of private sessions and the coach-to-guest ratio have not been confirmed in writing yet; we ask the camp for your dates before you pay.

Can I book in English without WeChat?

No. You book entirely in English on this site: sign in with Google or your email, pay the deposit by card, and get your confirmation and arrival plan by email. You do not need WeChat, a Chinese phone number or a Chinese bank account to book, and the rest is paid at the camp by Visa card.

Is there English support?

Booking, emails and your arrival plan are all in English, and you can email our English booking desk at any time, including during your stay. Whether the coaches teach in English has not been confirmed in writing yet: email us before you pay the deposit and we ask the camp about your dates and send you the answer.
