This one is in Xinglong, a town in Wanning county on the island’s east coast, known for its tropical gardens and coffee. The nearest airport is Sanya Phoenix International Airport, about 95 km away in a straight line, and Haikou Meilan International Airport is about 137 km. Arriving through a Hainan airport is what qualifies you for the 30-day visa-free stay.

An adult weight loss camp you live in for 28 days

You live on site for one 28-day programme. Every guest sleeps in a private bedroom: the Glimmer and Sunlit rooms are bedrooms in shared apartments, and the Aurora Loft is an 80 m² suite for one. Three meals a day are cooked on site with calorie control in mind and brought to your room.

The day starts with a weigh-in at 08:00 and has three coached sessions at 10:00, 15:00 and 19:00, with a two-hour rest after lunch. Lights out is at 22:00. Coaches set a one-to-one training plan from your body measurements and adjust it as you go.
