How long do you plan to stay?
Your plan, so the camp can hold the room. We confirm the programme length and final price in writing after you book.
Booking questions
How much do I pay now?
Only the $300 deposit. It counts toward the camp price, and the rest is paid at the camp on arrival, where Visa cards are accepted. Prices per programme: Glimmer Room ¥10,280 (about $1,542), Sunlit Room ¥12,580 (about $1,887), Aurora Loft ¥16,880 (about $2,532).
What if my plans change?
Cancel at least 30 days before your arrival day and the whole deposit is refunded to your card. Closer to arrival the deposit is not refunded, but you can move your dates once by emailing contact@fatcampchina.com.
Why do I need to sign in?
Your booking is saved to your account, so you can come back to pay, check your dates or cancel without emailing us. Google sign-in takes one tap; you can also sign in with a code sent to your email.
Is my arrival day confirmed straight away?
Your room is held as soon as the deposit is paid. Within two working days we confirm the programme with the camp and email your arrival plan. If the camp cannot take you on those dates, you choose new dates or get the deposit back in full.
Is my card safe?
You pay on a Stripe payment form inside this page. Card details go to Stripe; we and the camp never see them.
