The idea: train hard, then recover properly
Many weight-loss camps in China are built around shared dorms and drills. This one is built around a simpler idea: a focused training environment should also give you somewhere comfortable to recover. You train in a dedicated strength gym and a separate studio, eat meals planned with calorie control in mind, and go back to your own bedroom to shower and rest. The camp describes the stay as structured and supportive rather than punishing.
Training with a personal plan
When you arrive, the camp takes your body measurements and talks through your goals and experience. Coaches then build a one-to-one training plan around those results and adjust it as you progress. The plan is personal; the sessions use the camp’s strength gym, with orange-framed machines, racks, free weights and cardio equipment, and a separate group exercise studio with a wooden floor and small equipment. Beginners start from where they are.

What we have not received yet: coach names and qualifications, the number of sessions a day, and whether coaching is available in English. We will not invent them. When you book we ask the camp and send you the answers in writing.
Progress you can see
Body measurements are part of the programme from the start, with progress tracking through your stay. A lifestyle coach checks in on your daily routine and keeps you on track. After you leave, the camp says a coach follows up on your eating habits, so the routine does not stop at the airport. The NHS suggests losing 0.5 to 1 kg a week for steady weight loss; set your goal with the coaches rather than chasing a number someone promises you.
Meals delivered to your room
The camp serves three varied meals a day and brings them to your room at mealtimes. It says ingredients are bought fresh from nearby markets every day, a chef cooks on site with calorie control in mind, and a nutritionist updates the menus from time to time. Typical trays include steamed fish, chicken, prawns, mixed-grain rice, greens, soup and tropical fruit. See the meals.
Your own room
Every room type gives you a private bedroom. The Glimmer and Sunlit rooms are bedrooms in two- or three-bedroom apartments with a shared living room and dining area; the Aurora Loft is an 80 m² suite for one. Rooms have air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a fridge, a washing machine, a balcony and housekeeping. Compare them on rooms and prices.
Weekends on a tropical island
The camp mentions weekend activities such as surfing, snorkelling, stream trekking and outings on the water, and the grounds have an outdoor pool, a tennis court, a lake and cacao gardens. The camp also says some nearby facilities and activities cost extra, and not every activity runs every weekend. More on the outdoors page.
