China fat camp schedule and coaches

Schedule and certificates from the China fat camp’s own documents 29 October 2026 (Taipei time)

A day at the China fat camp runs from a morning weigh-in at 08:00 to lights out at 22:00, with three training sessions and three meals in between. From Monday to Saturday each session has its own class, from glutes and legs to seaside surfing. Below are the daily routine, the weekly timetable and the coaches, as written on the China fat camp’s own schedule and certificates. All times are Hainan time (UTC+8).

A day at the China fat camp

The day is built around regular meals and a long rest in the middle, so you train three times without running yourself down. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are brought to your room.

The morning weigh-in comes before breakfast, so your numbers are taken the same way every day. The two-hour break after lunch is for rest and recovery: shower, nap, read or sit by the pool. The evening session is lighter on some days, with breathing practice or board games instead of hard training.

What the classes are

Sunday is not on the timetable. Outdoor sessions change with conditions, and your coach may adapt a class to your level, so treat the timetable as the usual week rather than a fixed promise.

Your training plan is set after your body measurements, so tell the coaches about injuries, pregnancy, heart or joint problems and any medicine you take. The China fat camp is a fitness programme, not a medical service; see your doctor before a training camp if you have a health condition.

Questions to put in your booking notes

Your coach, your class level and your language needs are easiest to sort out before you arrive. When you book your dates, write down your goals, your training experience and whether you need English, and we pass it to the China fat camp. Read more about the programme, the meals and the rooms.

Schedule and coaches: questions

How many hours a day do you train at the China fat camp?

About four and a half hours of scheduled sessions: 10:00–11:30 in the morning, 15:00 to about 16:40 in the afternoon and 19:00–20:00 in the evening. Some evening slots are relaxed, such as breathing practice or board games.

What happens on Sunday?

Sunday is not on the timetable the China fat camp sent us. Ask us when you book and we confirm what is planned for your dates.

Do I get weighed every day?

Yes. The daily routine starts with a morning weigh-in between 08:00 and 08:30, before breakfast.

Who are the coaches at the China fat camp?

The camp has named three coaches: Ma Longfei and Tan Jinrong, who hold CBBA professional fitness coach certificates, and Lechen Sun, who has a strength and conditioning certificate and three coaching courses. Which coach works with you depends on your dates.

Can a beginner keep up with the classes?

Your training plan is set after your body measurements and a talk about your experience, so the coaches adjust the load. Tell us about injuries or health conditions in your booking notes, and see your doctor first if you have any.

Do the coaches speak English?

Not confirmed yet. Tell us in your booking notes that you need English and we check what support is available for your dates before you pay.
